My daughter made the point that while some famous Democrats are known for screwing around behind their wive's backs, more Republicans are known to dump the first wife for a New Model.

Yeah, well, then there are the real issues, I guess.

Talk about Bush lies...Cusak lies about McCain's stand on the GI bill. He is not against it, he only wants a pay as you go provision. The longer you serve the more you get. Sorta like social security.

And I would much rather have a private social security earning a great deal more than the Govt's 1 to 1 and 1/2 percent growth... Regardless who suggests it.

Finally, Iraq is a whole lot less harmful to our troops than it was a year ago. And its getting better.

McCain has voted against almost every troop support bill since he's been in office, not just the recent ones. He *is* against support for GIs, except suport for leaving 'em in a war zone for years, and years, and years...

Private social security like private medical insurance, huh? Yeah, I really wanna get sick and grow old under a privatized system - NOT!

Iraq is Viet Nam in the sand. We had no reason (except ideology and corporate profits) to start a war there and now we have now way to extricate ourselves. Where's the $20/barrel oil Faux (psuedo)News promised us? Where's the "war will pay for itself" McCain and Bush promised us?

Over 4K US soldiers dead. Many times that wounded, physcially or psychically. Hundreds of thousands of Iraquis slaughtered.

But profits up the wazoo for Halliburton and spinoffs. Hooray for Capitalism! I LOVE paying $5/gallon for gas.

And McCain is ancious to start a war with Iran, just because he wants to, with no actual, defensible reason. He has no idea of the difference between Sunni and Shi'ite (Sufis, Kurds - fuggedaboudit!), between Arabs and Persians, between consitution-supporting Americans and crazy ideologues. He's a fucking idiot.

Fuck George Bush. Fuck McCain. Fuck Halliburton. And fuck imperialist wars of aggression for profit. The worst international terrorists operating today: The Bush cabal.
